Christian have different law regarding property rights, Hindu succession act will not applicable for Muslims, Christians and jews they are having their own property rights law.

If it's self acquired property I mean if u earned that property by ur own then ur brothers have no right to claim on those properties But incase of ancescestral property all are having same portion of right as per Hindu succession act as per the judgement of supreme court. FYI Regards: R.C.N
