Thank you for the information, sir father's self property was given /transfered to mother nd he passed but having one son ( middle)and 4 elder sisters and 2 younger sisters, he made gift deed in his name as soon as father passed away but will says mother can give to whom she wants., here since father's death son stays in floor 1 nd mom ground floor.,half portion another half rent., hrre son not taking care of her rather got gift deed registered after mother told daughters, one of sis stsyed with her and moms applead to court for 6 yrs till then he was not taking care now since covid and her old age now he wants to give her some alphs here will daughter fight for property or some money? I got it clear today by ur video,..n m really disappointed... The right to property for daughter was aimed for equal rights bcos parents are partial!!! Right?? Most dads prefer son over daughter at any case!!! So,if ultimately it's on dad..there's no benefit of this law !! Only if father dies without giving it to sons,then only it comes to daughter..right?? And... Yes even her father was dead and she is minor and father has self acquired property and he has not made any will or gift deed then daughter has right to claim property
