Really enjoying the review series - In your 'Huge Rumour' vid there was an article about the Bad Moon and if lizards came from it - you mentioned that your guess was probably way off but in the new Seraphon battletome it actually tells you that the Bad Moon threw the Great Plan out of order because of the its erratic path and that some people had claimed to see temple ships land on it. Is there any chance we could see a video about old world characters who transitioned to AOS like Morathi?

A great example of seamlessly turning a warhammer fantasy army into an Age of Sigmar one. All the new and old models blend together perfectly.

Something worth mentioning about the blood sisters: their arms and spears are incredibly fragiles. The models are quite hard to build - at least it was for me. Look at 16:56 ... even the official GW team wasn't able to make the spear straight. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love these minis and don't regret my purchase, but I also never spent so much time to assemble a mini properly. Between the tiny fragile arms, the gaps around the scapula, the adjustments to properly cover the base armor with the additional plate armor... it takes me really way too much time and that wasn't enjoyable. If you ever consider building these gorgeous blood sisters, plan accordingly. Take your time, breathe, relax and be sure to use precision tools.

Honestly Daughters of Khaine are one of the best factions for purposes of kitbashing. Made my bloodbowl team out of Witch elves and Im using both Melusai and khinerai to kitbash my Sister of Battle.

I disagree about Morathi's pose. I think it's quite excellent. It's not a pose of a leader, it's the pose of an oppressor looking down on her enemies.

I'll grab that Start Collecting for the Cauldron some day and I'll definitely magnetize as much as possible. I'll choose which type of shrine I want to make and then try to magnetize the Hag Queen, the other queen, the Medusa and the Avatar.

Re: Sorceress Morathi. I like the pose. I get what they’re going for. But, it might have been a bit more interesting to have her hold their staff vertically with one hand and point with the other. That way, she’s still got that “Go kill them for Khaine” thing going on, but it produces a bit of variance in the spear’s position from the larger, snakey Morathi model.

One option, that I went for, is to buy 3 start collecting boxes as that way you can have all the options for the cauldron of blood, madusa on foot (she is the only other spell caster in the army) plus giving you hag and slaughter Queen on foot supporting the battleline troops. Ps the whole range is a pain in the butt to build and paint.

This faction has been on my to get list since they released. Morathi is also one of my favorite characters, so anything she’s leading I’m game for.

I have to point out that, unfortunately, Blood Stalkers are one of the worst units in the entire game (rules-wise). Statistically they will do 2 wounds each shooting phase, and that's it---for 120 points. So 2 wounds every battle round. I've been yelling at GW to do something about these lasses since DoK's release, and they've only ever had a 20 point drop. Sculpt-wise, they're great; but they're also completely laughable on the table. I wish it wasn't so. And yeah, Morathi's spear is basically a hobby war crime.

Morathi is magnificent and in my opinion may just topple Archaon, The glottkin, Allarielle, Nagash and Skarbrand for best model in the game. I would love to see a video about your armies😀

My crash corse on it would be she grew up in wealth then became very intorested in khaine he sister was killed by Alyth Anar and she was driven mad with grief and became upsesed with khaine and she gets killed by alarial in the end times after she falls to Khorne

I totally agree with you about how most of the charictor development for aos kinda sucks but I would say maybe not for chaos. Even though most of there amazing charictors came from the old world even charictors lile Coregus Kull we’re really well written

I don’t know why they aren’t putting as much effort into most of the characters but it definitely seems deliberate. Like they are doing every thing they can to not be fantasy. Khul is a great character I agree. I also love Horticulous in some of the short stories. And In fact, gutrot spume was great in plague garden. And archaon is getting there for some great backstory.

Gotrut is one of the fantasy charictors I was talking about just like the Glot Kin or valkia the bloody I totally agree that there trying not to be Fantasy to the point where it’s kind of stupid like calling dwarfs dwarden or elf’s Aelfs or orks uruks and goblins grots and even calling monitors bullgors or vampires soul-blights it totally turned me off from aos at first
