This man saved a woman from being run over, stopped a robber from stealing another woman's handbag, pulled a suicidal man to safety, chased off a group of bullies, returned the bullied girl home, and nearly got arrested twice. All in a day's work. Talk about Superman!

Does anyone realize how sad it is that this is real life? That, when someone is saved from getting hit by a bike, they don't ask why they did that, they just shoot them down? That when you try to help, everyone makes to look like you were making it worse? That when a man is about to jump, no one tries to talk some sense into him? We just stand there, hoping to catch it on camera to update Twitter? That only a little girl understand this.

Just remember my man/woman, that you don't do it for glory or the praise, you do it because you know it's right even though that girl yells at you for pushing her out of the way. You walk away feeling better about yourself know that you made a difference. That's what this video is all about. Even though he got yelled at and wrongly accused he still didn't think twice about helping the people in need.

Stevan Pena Good point. I guess I didn't think of it that way. But what I was trying to say was that people don't appreciate what others do for us. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qqXZmqSsm7l1isk you and me, we SHALL BE JUDGED. Therefore, let me ask a little: which ones your actions and thoughts are? - evil or good? 1776 - 2022 = 246 1776 - 2076 = 300 We have lived under the freemasons tryanny, oh perdon, i mean, under their rulership close to 300 years. Sadly much anough to forget all, that was before „they” took everything under their control and keep it that way, that long. 246 years of lifetimes, under the „power” of evil. And we dream of a good lives to live. How come we can do it under the rulership of the wicked? !go and find a job! = !go and find a enslavement!. And we, humans, find it a problem, that we were slaves generations back. The reasons it ain´t a problem now? For we, humans, being slaves, haven`t changed. WE ARE ALL STILL SLAVES! This haven´t changed. Now, can you, a reader of my writtings can you explain: why are we still slaves?, when the matter of fact, it is already proven, that EVERLASTING IS FREE: - WATER, - FOOD, - ELECTRICITY, - LAND. Who find it`s un-benefits them, if we are truly FREED? - freemasons.

There's plenty of good in the world, and plenty of good people, but the problem is that the good people are taken for granted and glanced over, whilst the bad people and bad moments aren't. For example, how many times do you here about a good deed on the news, like someone saving another person from a mugger? Not as often as you here about a murder or rape case. Unfortunately, good deeds and the good people who perform them will often be overshadowed by the misdeeds and crimes of bad people. We need to acknowledge and thank all the small time heroes and good samaritans, instead of focusing only on the bad people.

Sometimes being a hero feels pointless. Your deeds goes unnoticed, your struggles seems to repeat themself. So why do we keep going? Because the 1 in every 100 who says, “Thank you”, gives you a hug, means more to us than we will ever realize. So be a hero to those you meet in your daily life. That hug, high five, bad joke, you being silly, might just be what a person needed to smile again. And a smile is all it takes to give the encouragement, that tommorow will be better.

There is something about this song... I may just be an ordinary 15 year old boy... But this song let's us know there are still people in the world continuing to show kindness, and proving they care for society... Also it helps girls see that the good guys out there they are nothing but nice and try there hardest to be with the one they want, they girls blown them off for some 'bad boy' when clearly there is someone there who truly care for them. Sorry for the rant guys, thanks to who ever read this. Let's get the point across to the world that there is still good left in our lives!!!! People who receive pleasure by helping there before themselves. I'm proud to say that I try to be one of these people. My life revolves around trying to help others and make others feel special. I know what I want to do in my life, yet im only 15. I want to help people. Thanks again guys

Preach it! I also like to try to be like that even though im only a 14 year old girl. It's hard sometimes to help people or stick up for them cause in middle school you are weird for trying to stick up for someone or laughed at and pushed around. And if it's a boy ur sticking up for I apparently automatically "like" him for trying too help. Sometimes i don't even try to help people but I always regret it cause if I was in that situation then I would want someone to help me. There is so little people left in this world who try to help and make a difference because of society today. I try my best everyday to be a better person and help someone who's getting picked on. I try to tell myself to just do it and ignore all the rude and stupid jokes and the laughter I get for sticking up for someone. I just know that I made them the happiest person in the world and showed that someone actually cared

I know it's about how one person can make a difference. But it also makes me remember my grandmother and her alzheimer condition. She existed in today, living of yesterday. Waiting for superman, her son/my dad, and supergirl, myself her grandaughter, to care for her and save her from her ills. She forgot everything and everyone except my dad and myself. This song always reminds me of her. Miss you Grama...

Daughtry is so underappreciated. I was in a car accident a few years ago that totaled five cars. A nurse on her way home from an overnight shift who happened to be driving by witnessed the accident and pulled over before paramedics or police could arrive and administered care to one of the other drivers who had hit his head and was bleeding pretty badly. She had us call his wife so that she could head to the hospital and meet him there. She said she didn't typically take that route but was so glad she had that day. Superheros arn't in movies, they're all around us.

So my sister showed me this video years ago and I just remembered it and it’s so true how you can spend your whole life helping others and going out of your way to try to help them and 9 times out of 10 they’re gonna bitch and complain and blame you for it, and it’s only that one person that is genuinely grateful and appreciates you. But that’s the one person that makes all the other bullshit worth it

How can many people NOT Getting the OBVIOUS Message of Mr Daughtry HERE ? The guy IS Superman but we re in an era were GOOD is seen as BAD and BAD People are seen as the HEROES and GLORIFIED while the real HEROES Of Today (nurses, doctors, firemen ect) are treated mostly with disdain&ignorance towards the LIVES They SAVE..This song is about doing GOOD DEEDS on a daily basis. You seen a blind person trying to go across the streets ? Ask him/her gently to help him/her and hold his/her hand. Give your seat to a pregnant woman or an elder who is standing on the bus, stand for weak and lost person by just LISTENING To THEM and telling them they're worth it. The morale of the video IS , Despite "Superman'" getting treated like shit the whole thing HE ENDS UP getting the REWARD Of having saved HER LIFE and make her self feeling better and protected. Everybody can be a HERO by just doin those kind of things...

Reminds me of that one episode of justice league, where batman gets roped up in a complication involving a time beast and its up to the time traveler booster gold to take charge and save batman and the timeline itself. Batman, who has always seen booster as a bumbling idiot, finally sees booster as the hero he is only for his mind to be erased when the time travel shenanigans are resolved and batman goes back to treating him like an idiot and booster just keeps his chin high and gives him a smile.

Yeah i agree. They shouldn't worry about their actions due to what could result from them. If they are a good person then just do it because they'll get remembered. But this is for average people, always remember this, whatever the situation may be, if you want to do something even if it is scary or hard, remember why u started doing what you do and got wherever you are now and use that as inspiration to keep going. If you have the choice of doing something big for the world or people and you are scared of getting hated upon or receiving criticism, then just do it and get emotionally stronger. Oh and always, ALWAYS, remember this, you can do whatever you want to in life so when you don't do something that will get yourself put out there, your never gonna get noticed for what and who you truly are. Your just gonna be another person that passes by at school and in the background almost like your not even there when it comes to people's memories of you. For anyone who read this, take care of yourself. Have fun in life. I would really appreciate if you liked living and being around your friends and family and whomever and whatever else you love in life. Enjoy your life for me ok?

Doesn't matter what song he sings, sounds so good. My son saw him in concert in South Carolina with Breaking Benjamin, my granddaughter was with him and she was rocking out. She loved it so much. We've been loving him since American Idol even when he didn't win, he was our winner.

the sad part about this is there are really good people like this and people don't see it
@glitterlucky58

people dont see it because the good people is only a tiny fraction of the population. i would say that at least 99.99% of people are not good people. if you see a person on the street you should assume that they are not one of the good people just due to probability. im willing to admit that i am not a good person are you?

Morgan Applegate you got that right, people focus to much on the bad and the negative, instead of focusing on the good things and people that are out there, not everyone is bad, and I grant you not everyone is good eiether, but there are good people in this world and people need to see that, and focus more on that

david botterill well I disagree, cuz I for one am a good person, and there are a lot of good people in this world, you just have to find those people, I grant you not everyone in this world is good, but not everyone in this world is bad eiether, that's the problem with people like you, you focus too much on the negative, instead of focusing more on the positive, people like you need to focus more on the good things in life

Lyric: She’s watching the taxi driver, he pulls away She’s been locked up inside her apartment a hundred days She says, “yeah, he’s still coming, just a little bit late He got stuck at the laundromat washing his cape” She’s just watching the clouds roll by and they spell her name like louis lane And she smiles, oh, the way she smiles She’s talking to angels, counting the stars Making a wish on a passing car She’s dancing with strangers, falling apart Waiting for Superman to pick her up In his arms, in his arms Waiting for Superman She’s out on the corner trying to catch a glimpse Nothing’s making sense She’s been chasing an answer A sign lost in the abyss, this metropolis She says "yeah, he’s still coming, just a little bit late He got stuck at the Five and Dime saving the day” She says: "if life was a movie, then it wouldn’t end like this Left without a kiss" Still, she smiles, the way she smiles, yeah She’s talking to angels, she’s counting the stars Making a wish on a passing car She’s dancing with strangers, she’s falling apart Waiting for Superman to pick her up In his arms, in his arms She’s waiting for superman To lift her up and take her anywhere Show her love and climbing through the air Save her now before it’s too late tonight Oh, like a speeding light And she smiles She’s talking to angels, she’s counting the stars Making a wish on a passing car She’s dancing with strangers, she’s falling apart Waiting for superman to pick her up In his arms, in his arms She’s waiting for Superman To lift her up and take her anywhere Show her love and climbing through the air Save her now before it’s too late tonight She’s waiting for Superman

There will always be a hero among us, unrecognised, unappreciated, and even ignored. And we know we have so many in this times of the pandemic, dedicated men and women, working at harms way, oblivious to the dangers before them with only one purpose, to help the best way they can, expecting nothing. Supermen and women in our midst. We owe them so much.

DMT and other means, provide the opportunity to experience "God." Once you know that you are one with "God," then you will see that the value of human life has intrinsic value greater than that which we give to individuals, be it good or bad (love or hate). We have not evolved to this point yet, where we can accept that all people serve the "one" rather than "oneself." So we will continue to worship individuals as "false idols." Heroes are not to be "placed on pedestals" and treated as exceptional people. What they did might have required heroism, but the act itself is as natural as breathing. To do otherwise is to turn away from one's conscience; one's connection to "God." We should recognize not bravery in doing good, but be inspired to do good *_regardless._* "The bravest are surely those who have the clearest vision of what is before them, glory and danger alike, and yet notwithstanding, go out to meet it." -Thucydides
