I think auuela is going to be a major hub in Davao city....so many building...it will revitalise the city..I thought it funny I get over 400 meters into the site before the guard show up...haha I was in this area in another vlog when they had pop up restaurants...great Sunday all round

I heard there is lots of sunken ships in that bay from Japanese war, I remembered we have to stay away from a certain spot of the beach because of rusting metals or frames of ships.

I believe that some of the wrecks have been cleared away as in the distance there are fish farms now with caged areas set out....I will vlog so you can see....there are wrecks to the right...used for divers...

Thay really fucked the place i use to stay at Queensland beach it was black sand near the statue of David and the pool of sharks/Now its looks like roxas baulevard

Good morning welcome to paridise....I used slot of the resort's along this beach area and really like the walks...as I mentioned I don't know why they didn't go inland and widen the highways....there are a lot of roads being widened in tolamo,toril,puan,ulas,bankal it's a shame the planners made the call to district beach's and in future polite the area....I have noticed that they have done the same in CDO...thank you for watching my channel...stay safe..to you and your family...god bless...

Opppps you're almost in trouble with the security guard 😥, he's a good man after all. Those planned condo buildings looks scary for me , it's an earthquake prone area you know , I rather stay on ground 😁

It's s massive construction area..lots of new buildings...I agree earthquakes and tall buildings....keep away...I was surprised that the new coastal road will exit or begin at this condo site...drive to coast the turn right and drive towards bago aplaya...so will be very busy area with lots of traffics....

Going to be a very busy place..the condos are over 3.5 m pesos each....

@@tototalomo I think studio..1 bedroom at 35 to 45 sqm start at 4.6m peso lookin TV over amenities..coast and samal views,oh and the bridge davao to small a lot more.
