Haha people from the south 😂 I just moved to east Tennessee haven't lived in the south in a long time and it's exactly how they are... I was at a grocery store checking out and showed my ID to the cashier and the dude behind me immediately was like "hey you just move here?" I told him yeah.. and he was like; "get yourself a gun yet?". I said "no" and he goes "well come on down to my shop tomorrow and I'll fix you up" swear on my life 😂😂 he gave me his card and everything hahaha

I'm from montana but have live in okc for 4 years. I can say I would never think twice about a guy with a rifle in montana. Maybe just wave or initiate a conversation so the guy knows not to shoot this direction. I grew up shooting gophers as a fun summer day. But in okc, I don't wanna see anybody with a gun. There's a massive difference in the relationship between firearms in the country and firearms in the city

The thing about crack was that the penalties for possession of it were *_WA-A-A-A-A-AY_* out of proportion to the penalties for cocaine, which crack is made from--but crack was popular with the poor and you had to have considerable disposable income to obtain cocaine. Somebody caught in possession of cocaine would get a slap on the wrist compared to someone caught with crack. The laws were just too obviously racist and against the poor. And then there was all the victim-blaming, because crack was intensely addictive. So the opioid epidemic is kind of the white version of the crack epidemic. There are many obvious parallels. Oh, and Ohio is in the North. Alongside Michigan, Pennsylvania and Lake Erie.
