After having listened to this CD years ago I was favourably impressed by Dave's abilities as a musician, singer, storyteller. Love his humour and that he doesn't take himself not too seriously.

I've been a fan of the Kinks since day one. My love of Ray & Davies music and musicianship has not abated but only grown stronger. I love hearing the stories Ray and Dave tell about their life and the times in and out of the band. I still hope for a reunion of the Kinks to celebrate the 50 years of the band. Ray and Dave still play, record, and preform at a high level. Along with drummer Mick Avory who is a founder member along with Ray and Davies. Sadly we lost founding member and bassist Peter Quaife a few years ago. I salute Dave Davies and his 51+ year career as a member of the Kinks as well as solo artist. Here's to a 50th Anniversary Tour of the Kinks! I would love to hear an album of new material as well. It would be a great bridge from the Kinks 32 year run and the future. Long Live the Kinks!!!

Tell me Ray & Dave Davies are not a treasure for music. Thank you for the Kinks whose music is still relevant. The Kinks sounds like no one else and I love that! I believe Ray, Dave, and Mick could make the Kinks relevant today.
