Greatest drummer I have EVER heard....I repeat EVER. Not only is he the greatest drummer I have EVER heard....he does things I have never seen any drummer do. His playing is so unusual and beyond anybody out there today or in the past.

Dave's a pretty cool guy! He has some insane independence and linear fills I recommend you to look for Matt Garstka! I think he has some of this vocabulary applied to modern drumming and taken to the next level!

I was there in the audience that day at MD 2006 - my mind was BLOWN! I've also had the opportuning to chat with Dave 1-on-1 - SUPER nice guy and very humble about his astonishing abilities as a drummer. He's one of my favorite drummers of all time because not only is he able to do all kinds of wild, chops-intensive, polyrhythmic things, but he has a groove and pocket that's so deep you can get lost in it.
