One of my favorites my MOM would play back in the early 60's.. Never turn down an album when I find them in used record stores. My favorite being Six Days on the Road! And the song Barbara Allen..

there is something so special about music pre 80s, definitely different studio equipment and various other things but music felt much more real, not overly compressed like today, most music today is disgustingly compressed to hell, love me some dave dudley, old country all the way!

Thanks for this upload. I found this excellent album on an original European Philips Cassette 1970 release in a second hand shop for less than the equivalence of one US-dollar. Don't know why, but this album grew on me, so it's very nice to be able to listen to this LP-rip. Sound quality is better than expected. No post-processing ?

Very little. It's a clean vinyl copy. Mainly cleaning up some pops and crackles at the beginning and ending of songs.
