This woman is the true star. She raised one of the most humble megastars in the world. Dave has been a member of 2 of the biggest groups in the world and he still cares more about the fans than himself.

I totally agree with your post some 2 years ago you left. I know Dave personally and he is the kindest human being I know. He was my neighbor for a period of time on Hollywood beach in Ventura county. He was humble and never acted like the rock star he is. My heart aches for the entire band right now. Losing Taylor is hard to wrap my head around.

That was a nice interview! Virginia and Dave have such a sweet relationship...I could've watched another two hours of them talking. We fans have been waiting for that mom-of-musicians series, the new Foos album, and of course the 25th anniversary tour. I don't see how arena concerts and festivals can happen until there's a mass-produced vaccine, but I am REALLY hoping Dave releases the album and the mom show series like TODAY! This was a nice little fix, though...thanks!

I put my kids in as many things as I could. Music stuck to them like gum on a sidewalk. Even if all they play is local bands and church, I've given them a life long gift.

I don't know if anyone is into Foo Fighters or specifically Dave Grohl (hmm..why else would you click on this?) but this is an interview that just tells a lot of why he's where he is, along with his mom who wrote a book about 3 years ago about other rock stars' moms (I have the book and it's quite good) and other very current news. It's like 26 minutes so it'll take some time out of your day but what else do you have to do (I know....housework, and stuff....) but it's quite entertaining despite the hyper interviewer. I want to watch it again! Maybe later but yeah!

This is why I don’t really like Dave Grohl anymore he endorses to many pop/hip hop artists saying Billie Eilish is gonna “save rock n roll” when he should be paying attention to the actual real newest rock band right now
