@@kylohepburn Well I love Dave Grohl (he's one of the reasons I ever became a drummer), but he's dead wrong about The White Stripes. What Jack and Meg White did as a twosome was what is was because of the omission of bass. Same can be said about Prince's When Doves Cry and Kiss. Black Keys I can't really speak on. But The Doors? Come on The Doors? Wrong again Dave. There's a way to make good music without the conventional idea of bottom end that is the bass guitar.
