This song has a lot of what’s needed more in smooth jazz today...not just a great melody, but EXTRA thoughtful arranging & production that makes it unmistakable who’s playing. Backing sax layers create such a nice texture that compliments the silky bass underneath. So few artists seem to go that extra mile today. I hope other artists get inspired by the attention to detail and originality of this, and previous works of yours Dave. So glad you’re continuing to stay true to your art form!
