And a guy comments saying he didn't know he was gay. Haha. It's funny the people that don't know him and what he can do. I just want to send the GoPro solo video to the guy and be like, so he can use his left and right hands equally on the drum and not have to cross over for playing hi hat if he doesn't want to etc..., that makes him gay I guess. Being surrounded by the music of a live performance by one of THE best groups on the planet, is really the most special thing! My first (and sadly last) time was back in '09 for the Gru Grux King Tour in Houston. Best experience of my LIFE!

Playing it safe, smoothing out all of the edges, avoiding pushing boundaries, taking the middle of the road and churning out easy to digest, corporate, pedestrian output that any casual music novice could assimilate from the outside looking in can go a long way. I understand that genius isn't for everyone, and the need for a common denominator like DMB, Hootie & The Blowfish, John Mayer, Matchbox 20, and so on. I am not suggesting that there isn't a place for DMB, only that their place is outside the canon.
