Talking fast doesn't make what you're saying funny, but talking with your mouth that close to the mic does create an annoying buzz as you talk. 2 mins in and moving on to the next comic.

• Holding the mike too close to his mouth. • Excess use of verbal filler ("you know what I mean?") • "Setup"s (such as they are) are way too long. • "Punchlines" are weak. • Topic (complaining about a PERSONAL problem / situation) is not at all relevant to the GENERAL audience It must be an "alternative" to funny.
