Dave Okumu at the Roundhouse 20:04:2023 previewing his great new album I Came From Love with inspired use of the forty piece Roundhouse choir dressed in black druid-like smocks, swaying catatonically and chanting hypnotically in the background. Atmospheric stuff! It was meant to be seated in-the-round but everyone was out of their seats jumping around the place. Takes some beating and he’s definitely one to watch for the future... and a great guitar player too.
