honestly he is sneaky athletic for a poor postured old man. I'm starting to near that stage. 35 and still lots of athleticism in me, drive the green on par 4s, am lighter now than I have been in 10-15 years. But sometimes, I just feel it. Its not a lingering feeling or something I think about, but sometimes when I try to do something I used to be good at, it doesn't work quite like it should. Or it hurts the next day, etc. I'm definitely stronger now. Definitely less flexible. Definitely scared an overdue injury is going to happen (Haven't been to a doc in over 10 years) ... Achilles or ACL or something I feel like has got to be about to blow. Cherish your 20s young folks.
