Ruka is growing on me a bit as a rapper. I really like her as a dancer still 🎶. Hearing her, Asa, and even the girls from XG in my other reaction video I did the other day, these female Japanese rappers are absolutely 🎙️🔥

That's the leaks performance video from 2021, her performance YG show I feel like not really showcase her rapping skills. Maybe they didn't use that video performance cuz it's been leak before but I'm happy that they put it in this video. 🔥😎

It's been so hard for them, leaving their homes, countries, families, their friends, learning a new language to communicate, spending their entire childhood training, that I don't understand how many people hate them just for being the next girl group of YG, if the entertainment industry is tough I hope people don't make it worse

Definitely hard for them with all the sacrifices and imagine being on the sidelines for 4+ years just waiting your turn in the spotlight 😓. It's definitely a tough industry and unfortunately people will make it worst---especially due to the ages (which I think has already been highly criticized in social media), the stans for a particular member (some stans have no remorse on what they post about other members), and them being the 'new' YG girl group (esp since there's stories that Blackpink's contract ends with YG this year). I have a new respect for these girls and how the rest of the kpop groups work. 🌟🎶

It got to me a bit 🥹. Good thing it was near the end of the video. She's chosen a different path in life and she's basically just starting. The older side of me remembers those days. It will get lonely at times but that's part of being great. I think she'll do fine and will be successful as long as she doesn't forget her 'why'
