Pitt was all about basketball in those days. Steve Pederson was a micromanager for Pitt football and screwed up those uniforms in 1997 script Pitt should have came back in 2005. I wonder what he threatened to do him to get him to resign in 2010 ?

not only as a recruiter, but coach wannstedt is a excellent defensive coordinator, offensive coordinator and head coach .Anybody can relate to him he has the charisma and personality to get your attention.I have been a fan of his since his days down here with the hurricanes here in miami and then ofcourse the dolphins.I for one, dont think he received enough credit for the job he did down here.We were 11-5 for consecutive years then coach W ran into some personnel problems when Ricky williams decided to go find himself and become a stoner,Jay Fiedler got injured and so on and so forth.Coach W did a heck of a job down here with the dolphins.

Steve Pederson was a disaster of an AD...now I don’t think Wanny was the best X & O guy...but damnit he was a Pitt man and bled blue and gold...great recruiter and shoots from the hip, I’m obviously not a football coach, but I tell it like it is, like it or leave it...so I can relate to that....thanks Dave...Pederson is a joke...you are and always will be a Pitt man
