Vostok Dual boiler 1 Group - Walkthrough

The Vostok 1 group at the Trieste espresso festiva Italyl Oct 22, this is the first one made and a pre production machine.

I just discovered this machine via Lance Hedrick, this looks very promising. To be able to purge the shot and not let it end is absolutely great. Same for the ability to set the preinfusion even on a plumbed in machine. I would love to have both features on my Londinium. Let’s hope they are able to install a silent pump, just like on the last iteration of the Londinium. I am very tempted.

The production machine will have a rotary pump and should be very quiet...the prototype was using a gear pump, hence the noise.

i am sitting here going londinium r24? nurri l type leva ? acs vostok? i bet i will sit here thinking about this for the next year before I figure out what machine I'm going to order :( hahahaha I do love the auto shot with the acs stoping the shot on pressure or time.

Ist it possible to release brew pressure by tipping a button, like the nurri?

Yes you press. The middle button to do a manual release during the shot, same as a nurri
