Yeah, or maybe "soporific" or maybe "sleep inducing" or maybe "droning" or maybe--as many have said, "boring." :-) "Sleepy" is more like "tired" or "feeling that you need to sleep" like "The baby is sleepy" or "I'm sleepy. I'm going to bed now."

Not sure "lazy" is the best word. Perhaps "tired" or maybe "calm" or maybe "laid back?" English vocabulary can be a tricky thing. :-)
