I used to play world of tanks without a premium account and I was probably a below average player, but I still usually made a profit in a match. Apparently in Warthunder now, the economy is so bad you can't make a profit with a premium account at the higher tiers even if you win.

The way you get factories from puppets without reloading the save is by building a factory in your core territory, that will make the game update it.

I did this with albania, communist too because of the 500 manpower which was desperately needed. Got like 1.5 mil casualties from both italy and then eventually germany when italy joined the axis, didnt use maintenance companies however, which is a shame, because i could've made like a 40 width medium tank div just from stolen german panzers. By the time yugo was invaded i was able to cap italy from an invasion because by then it was like 41

This strat is great for getting 'By Merit Alone' + 'Sun Tzu Reborn' in one run as any China. Just declare on the UK and kill the encircled units in Hong Kong repeatedly. To make it go faster, I also went in on Macau bringing Portugal into the Allies to have another one tile port to grind on.

You should play the devolved Yugoslavian path and then reunite the kingdoms if they didn't patch it yet all the puppets you have will be annexed and you'll get cores on all of them potentially you could core all of the world

it was patched year ago. Currently you can core : hungary ( if you puppet them only ), Transylvanian cores in Romania, Bulgaria ( needs to be puppet and if you want some greece cores they need to do focus). Keep in mind you actually lose italian cores if you devolve and reunite while you don't have yugoslavian cores in italy. It's still about 150-200 factories by 1940. IF you don't declare any wars you get about 80-100 factories and it doesn't matter which path you take, i tested it.

@@SapFeaRon Another thing to note is that all your puppets get the default trees, so it might be worth splitting yourself in as many pieces as possible so they can build an industry before you unite. The nerfs not that huge imo as by the time you cored the Balkans youre pretty much strong enough to take on whatever is left

Tried this with the port in Vlöre, Albania and managed to cause 200k+ casualties on the Italians. The port ended up being naval-invaded by the Brits and the Italians never took it back.

Yeah this doesnt work anymore. Italy will feed a decent amount of divisions into the trap but will suddenly stop and not send anymore. So youll be able to kill like 5-10 divisions and then they will stop and will still have 20+ divisions to defend italy.

Hi, hot key ain't working since units would not move when doing control-right click. It's as if you have to firstly engage fight to then be allowed to support attack. It's a shame paradox made this change since Yugoslavia can't defend against Italy.
