Thanks to viewer comments I decided to add a separate UBEC to power the servos in case the ESC fails and to prevent ground looping. Unfortunately I had already glued the fuselage halves together so that made it a little challenging to install the UBEC. Explanation of the wiring connection changes for the UBEC also included.
