guys can someone tell me why he went swiftness boots instead of lucidity or the new roaming boots i cant understand , dont he need AH

Swiftness are better for movespeed early plus he already has some AH with Umbral glaive and just wants to roam as quickly as possible. The new roaming boots are too late to transform if he wants to have impact early on which is why he buys normal boots at first recall then Swiftness at 2nd recall. Also Swiftness reduce slows which works on Pyke's Q channeling.
