Did it ever occur to you to look at a monitor or phone to see what we were seeing?? Not only were the top half of the letters cut off, but also the words at the bottom of the ticket. You shouldn't have tried to film so close to the ticket, or at the very least just slid the ticket from the letters after scratching them to the entire puzzle. I had to quit watching. Sorry. I normally like and enjoy Wednesdays puzzles.
