Can you have the TV volume on and the sounbar at the same time?

Yes, but generally that leads to a weird latency issue with them being off just a fraction of a second. I didn't try it with this because I've long since learned to mute my TV when I'm using a soundbar.

I'm now seeing the Amazon soundbar I never knew they made one,I don't research soundbars so I'm just finding out of these newer models,I'm upgrading from a 2014 model,i don't care about having heavy bass in movies

I bought one today but my Vizio tv is not compatible with quick fit and there should be a universal attachment option for Vizio customers who have multiple flat screens of theirs in their home since 2019 5 to be exact Now I have to purchase a new Vizio if I want the sound bar attached at the bottom (the reason I purchased) .

there are lots of soundbar attachment devices that can work along with a wall mount, check that first. MUCH cheaper than buying a new TV 🙂

What is the center to center on TV for screw mount

I don't understand your question, B1r. Are you asking about the distance between the two screw mounts on the soundbar? That should be easily found on the Vizio site!

I pulled it back out of its box and the distance between the center of the two screw mount holes on the back of the soundbar is 15.5" +/- 0-.1". Hope that helps!
