Back in 1986 I had vocal lessons with Venetta Fields in Melbourne. I left my teacher at the time as I thought it would be an invaluable experience to learn from such an experienced performer. I found her totally soul destroying rude and Obnoxious. I was devistated. Today I am an established performer with stage and recording credits to my name thanks to wondeful encouraging nurturing teachers and industry professionals. It was the most horrible experience,I will never forge!!!!

i find this a really interesting comment .into how some people are compatable with us and others not, even to the point where they can have a toxic effect on us . i suppose it's a bit like some people take to the military and others hate it.. have read some comments from some of her students that had a great experience .

It was a long time ago, but Im surprised she did so well in this country, seeing we have an stay of wonderful performers. I worked with Marcia Hines, she was a wonderful inspirational Lady, a true class act😊

Davey is essentially one of the most talented guitarists in Australia, along with Tim Rogers. Thank Christ for You Am I.
