Dude, Natalie is so spoiled and weird. Shes not in touch with the real world at all. Imagine being an assistant and not wanting your boss to "make decisions" for you.That's literally the antithesis of what the job title; you do whatever the boss tells you to do. God forbid you need to carry a slightly heavier brand new laptop around in the car (both that David paid for btw) on your commute to his compound where you sit poolside whenever you need to do "office" work. She needs to come down from her imaginary ivory tower that was handed to her and show David a little more gratitude and less attitude.
