One thing I CANNOT stand about Americans, though, is their constant whooping. It's childish attention seeking, and it has spoilt so many great live performances, especially during the actual song itself. Grrr #ShutUp
@trysometruth6 жыл бұрын
In your generalized criticism of all Americans you ignore the fact that almost every one of us while listening to music live, especially in a club setting like this, is sucking down significant quantities of alcohol, which leads to feelings of lessened inhibition, happiness, and a full-throated approach to this thing called "fun", which yes perhaps leads as well to whooping and general behavior that might be inappropriate in libraries and funerals, but doesn't necessarily equate to "childish attention seeking". And you'll need to submit learned studies with graphs and statistics before you can state without equivocation that such behavior is never found in Europe. *BECAUSE IT IS FOUND IN EUROPE.*

As a drummer, and a fan, and someone who saw David + David on the Greenville strip in Dallas circa 1986, on their first tour after signing with A & M, I have to say, with great respect, the bass needs to be mixed up front & center. Notwithstanding the above, this makes me so happy to watch.
