​@@cent9424 it's easy to underrate Beckham. He wasn't flashy at all, his position wasn't about scoring a ton of goals and he was a team player, not for himself. He couldn't dribble and he knew it. He'd give you some of the best long passing shots I've seen tho. Strangely he didn't seem to have much of an ego and you can tell he's still a modest guy who doesn't forget where he came from. He could be an ambassador for whatever cause he felt like and he'd succeed. He's a natural.

As a Liverpool supporter I'll admit I had a massive disliking for Beckham being such a prominet figure in the history of Manchester United. However, looking back it's hard to deny how influential and how good of a player he was. Probably the best freekick taker ever and that's saying a lot. His influence still shines through in the modern game with the likes of Trent Alexander-Arnold admitting he studies Beckham clips to try and master his setpiece technique.
