Why did you disable playback of this video on other applications? I tried to share this with my 76 year old father via text. Like i do normally with KZbin clips. But now he has to go thru extra steps to figure out how to watch it. Again he's 76 so this makes it complicated for him (and anyone) to share and watch your video

Agreed! Doing it right before their eyes makes it even more incredible! I once was a "volunteer" to take part in a trick on stage with Penn and Teller when they first started out, many years ago off Broadway! I was no more than 10 feet away from them at any time as they performed and yet the trick went off as planned and I had no idea how they did it!!! True magicians are incredible!

David and I are about the same age, and both came up in Brooklyn, so our paths crossed, every now and again. Saw him hanging upside down, at night, in Central Park, by Wollman Rink. And he stood on a 3 ft X 3 ft pedestal, 100 feet up, in Bryant Park for like 2 days

Memorized stack, only let victor cut, not shuffle, to maintain the stack. He spread victors stack to see what was missing (the chosen card). Found the other half in his own deck, and classic forced it. Its interesting because he was trying to force a few cards ("take a few") but he got him with exact force card.
@gauravtee10 ай бұрын
@@TimsGym yep precisely. The deck was already in mnemonica from the previous trick. And notice that David doesn't tell the spectator to take a card from the middle. Had he done so, it would have taken him much longer to find the chosen card. But by asking him to take a card from either top or bottom, he just has to look at the top card and the bottom card to know which is missing. Really smart stuff.
