Dr. David Chester discusses UAP Phenomena & Emerging Concepts in Gravity Control & Warp-Drive Physics at the 65th ENC Conference held in Asilomar, California in April 2024.
Dr. David Chester has a PhD in physics from UCLA, and a BS in Physics from MIT. His primary research focus has been in the field of scattering amplitudes and radiation for the standard model and quantum gravity, and this thesis project applied tools from scattering amplitudes to efficiently calculate gravitational radiation by utilizing Feynman diagrams. He believes he has found a link link between solutions in QCD and gravity, and has also researched aspects of non-equilibrium thermodynamics.
David became passionate about quantum field theory and general relativity while attending MIT for undergraduate studies. During his graduate studies at UCLA he worked on efficient scattering amplitude methods for Yang-Mills theory and its relation to solutions of gravity. His PhD thesis discussed how to compute gravitational radiation from Feynman diagrams. This further demonstrated that theoretical methods used for the LHC can be relevant for LIGO, two of the largest experimental endeavors. David is also interested in the application of exceptional mathematics to describe quantum gravity beyond the standard model physics.

DC's point around time 8:00 is compelling - 'the same physical outcome (crossing a vast distance quickly), with a single technological method, but able to be described/perceived in two different ways' Since the 'light speed' maximum speed limit proposed in 1916 in GR assumed a 'passive' material for a vehicle, an 'active' material might, to DC's point at time 3:15 thereabouts, create a temporary, local artificial gravity that neutralizes inertia. Since many videos exist of "lit-up" hulls on the vehicles, if applying a unique form of signal processing to make the hull active could alter gravity, maybe that would explain Tim's point at time 4:23 about 50 Gs of acceleration in the vehicle seen in the Nimitz case. Alzofon's method applied to a hull would make the hull 'acted upon', ie. active, and not passive. That type of signal processing is to neutralize gravity. A temporary, local change to gravity to create gravity acceleration instead of neutralizing - some manner of signal processing could be applied for that case too. Excellent interview. Thank you! .

Tim you and David are very smart. I gave you answers to all that you talk about in this interview in my 1000 emails to you. Now I am working with Michael to explain to him and also Nathan and Jared. I was not impressed with Marks interview, and I gave up with him after three years of trying. You said that Mark would come around in a year, but this did not happen. Mark has brain damage from working with high frequencies and RF like me and Mark Tomion experienced.

Yeah, it definitely is ok, but at the same time is just a part of reality. If these things really operate as we tend to assume we definitely miss something very core from our equations. Something even more fundamental than just the Einteinian "solution". I wonder how much progress was made from the suspected reverse engineerings tho... Did we ever find out new physics? If so, do we even understand those new physics? Or just use some kind of new materials we dont even understand how they work? But they just...work?

What might appear to be "gravitational lensing" according to "UAP Theory", is light effecting gravity, and not gravity effecting light. It goes both ways. The way this can be done is described at "Light Pumping For An "Anti-Gravity" & Inertial Mass Reduction Effect". Search away. Basically, metamaterials are used to manipulate the universal medium of light we all live in. This will in turn manipulate gravity, mitigating it at will. The "power" comes from the ambient light medium itself. You use the medium to go through the medium, essentially pumping it. It's so easy, even a caveman aspiring to "advanced intelligence" can do it. FWIW, Thor eventually conceded these points before he went full starseed and AWOL from the old Twitter. 👍🏻

Its clear any advanced species would just be manifesting and transmuting any resource they need using LENR. Mining and scavenging the atoms you need is extremely primitive.

No. You're looking at it from the wrong perspective: Put yourself in the pilot seat, If you're doing 850mps (Miles per second) your FOD (Flying object damage) will be fatal. IF however, you have the ability to phase out of this universe frequency, the solid objects would be able to pass right through you without causing any damage. It's a far more practical solution given a technological foundation of vibration and frequency manipulation used in gravity manipulation.
