How does Man of Steel not make sense, it’s about Clark learning his place in the world and ends with him choosing to protect the human race, not only that but showing that he was willing to kill one of his own to protect Earth. In BvS it shows the divide between the world on how they perceive Superman and it’s only after he sacrifices his life that world accepts him fully It ain’t that deep lol

Tom is very 'old school' where the old way is the best and nothing after a certain point is ever good. He's probably one of those that wanted Superman to be Superman right off the bat. Do all the things Superman does like save individual people all the time in every fight while fighting. Completely disregarding the fact Clark has been Superman for all of 10 minutes before he's overwhelmed by Zod's forces. He hasn't learned to be that yet. And he was more like that in the other movies after he spent time being a hero. Not putting on a cape and immediately getting rushed into an invasion.

@@JuggyBohab Exactly. Man Of Steel goes out of its way to accurately go through what would happen if a super powered being was here and how people would react. But people like Tom won't watch the movie and actually think about the questions the movie asks, he'll just watch it and say "it don't make sense". Literally everything in that movie is explained and can also be interpreted in a logical way. I'll defend that movie till I die.

MOS makes sense but it is still hot garbage. Only saving grace is Shannon as Zod, the gorgeous score, and the suit. Maaybe Cavill himself when he's allowed to smile, though the pisspoor American accent is just tiring after a while.

This "smiling" argument is the dumbest thing to bring up. Explain how or why he is meant to smile while fighting off an alien invasion? Because when he isn't fighting, he smiles multiple times throughout the movie.

The shorts on the outside is an ode to the "circus strongman" lore of the original. The color should be bright. The problem with Snyder's Superman was it was a dark color in a dark story with a surly superman. The bright on day scenery, gives it a different look altogether.

I know this is just my personal opinion, and it might not matter much, but I really like the suit. The bright, vibrant colors are great. I kind of miss Superman's bright, vibrant colors. I really liked Henry Cavill as Superman, don't get me wrong, but the suit was a bit dark for me, even though it was almost flawless. I have a replica costume on a mannequin. Such a great costume. And I'll probably get the David Cornswet costume when it's available because I like it. I miss the bright, happy-toned colors. This feels like a more hopeful Superman, a bit more comic book accurate, if that makes sense. I don't know if that makes sense, but that's the vibe I'm getting. Yes, the suit is a little too baggy, but I think it'll be fixed with CGI or special effects. I'm not too worried because when we saw set photos of Robert Pattinson's Batman costume, it looked bad. I mean, it was a stunt double wearing it, so he looked a bit chunky. Plus, the lenses he wore while riding the motorcycle in the rain looked pretty bad. But when the movie came out, the Batman costume looked awesome. I love it. I also own a replica of that because it looks so good. I feel like it'll be the same here. It looks awful on David Cornswet because it's baggy, but I think it'll be fixed when the movie is released. It'll be skin-tight like it should be, but the design and bright colors are spot on, at least for me.

Great the Cape and the colours! Horrible the rest of the suit, super baggy, David trained his ass off and don't show his effort, the collar is horrendous... I hope that the story is great and I know that David will be a fantastic Superman/Clark Kent, but visually this suit I'm not impressed.... Maybe we going to have another one more classic style! I'm a Superman fan and I truly want to this film be a success..

Not a fan of the suit and I’m DEFINITELY not a fan of the broccoli haircut they gave Clark. Like I said in Nate’s video about this, it kinda feels insulting because Corenswet is working his ass off in the gym and doesn’t get to really show it off cause he’s in a frumpy suit. The previous suits really complimented the actor and made you think “dang, this guy is buff!” Just makes me think they’re continuing the trend of “no masculine male heroes.” I’ll stick with Man of Steel and Superman: TAS.

They definitely have revised the suit ever so slightly but it's essentially the same suit. The collar on the first reveal was rounded under his chin and the one in this set leaks the collar is more V shaped under his chin. Go look it's very subtle but it's different. I do think we'll get another actually suit near the end of the film possibly but this will be the main suit in the film

It's still the same suit though I'm not saying it's been massively improved at all I'm saying an objective fact that the shape of the collar is different. I also agree that the Synerverse suit is superior, more specifically the Man of Steel suit and Henry is my favourite Superman to date. Still doesn't change the fact that the collar on the suit is different 😂 you need to chill out man. I'm still excited to see what they come up with as I'm a fan of Superman as a character.

Remember four years ago now when The Batman suit reveal and on set photos came, there was ton of hate going around, everyone was saying it was gonna be the worst, but when the trailer came everyone was then praising The Batman. Is it possible that new Superman might be good? is it possible when a trailer comes it will silent haters? course you can't move past the fact this film is not Man Of Steel 2, you can't comprehend it. If the film fails it won't be because they aren't carrying on from a version that was incredibly divisive.
