If possible - better to avoid flying via this company , they completely do not care about passengers , no any kind of compensation for destroyed baby troller and damaged luggage. Few times flight was canceled in last moment . Customer support center - working only to make you angry and forget about compliant.

airline business is built on getting rich and creating problems for you. You have the opportunity two months before departure to buy a ticket, come to the airport, plan things and not fly because more tickets were sold than there are available seats and you will not be offered anything, they will say that it is not their problem. I had to be nervous and argue for four hours until they paid me a mediocre hotel transfer and changed tickets for the next day (dinner was not paid for). At the same time, part of the people who also had a ticket with a zero seat were put on the plane according to the principle of standing queue. I have a lot of problems due to the airline's policy and I want compensation. I do not recommend using Wizzair services!
