Oh my goodness! Unfortunately, I knew nothing of Garrett until I watched the movie The Devil's Violinist about Paganini. It doesn't matter what your favorite genre, artist, or movie is, everyone needs the blessing of hearing this gifted, gifted man!! The movie is excellent as well. I absolutely love David ♥️ I was watching KZbin a little over 3 months ago and happen up on David Garrett and couldn’t stop listening to him. Now I’m buying everything of his CDs 💿 I can find plus DVDs 📀 he’s absolutely amazing his music goes straight into my soul. So happy I have found him. When you start learning violin you sometimes start off by just going back and forth with the bow note to note, but when it comes to learning bow slurs---that is when you squeeeeeeeeeeeeeek...scccrrrraaaaaape...."whisper" You need to learn to let your bowing hand "pivot" if you will as it goes from frog to tip or tip to frog ends...Yeah, right David smashing perfectly good violins...and that joke the guy cracked was lame!--Joni
