They don’t make music like this anymore, we were so lucky to grow up in the 70’s, the incredible bands that were around then, there will never be again. Floyd, Rush, Sabbath, Zeppelin, just to name a few of the greats. We still listen to them to this day.

Still have my original 1978 vinyl. We were so happy to find David back then putting out Solo material, we did not know there was a rift forming in Pink Floyd, as we waited for a new album after Animals. "There's no way out of here" Got excellent radio play. I have found a double Lp of a Radio recording: Live in Stockholm (Germany) 1984, where he did 3 songs from the '78 album: There's no way out of here. Short and Sweet. And a 10 minute version of Mihalis. This record is a small label called Philpot Lane Records 2022, # PH8198, is an hour and 10 minutes total. Cheers Gilmour will be 79, on 6 Mar 2025.🎸💎😊

Gilmour the GREAT at his highest BEST. I have been following Pink Floyd from the earliest days of The Wall and everytime one of their song was playing on radio, I automatically knew the band playing was P.F because of Dave's improvising signature. Mr Gilmour you are in your own class.

I remember listening to this album 1979. I was in high school, young but obtained tasteful music through exploration and not following others trend. Gilmour's guitar sound is unmistakable and so melodic. This song is second song on B side and second song on A side There is noway out of here, I guess second songs are best songs from each side.
