i saw him play this live at the Bottom Line in NYC in 1976, my brother snuck me in when I was 16. Captain Beefheart and Foghat also played. Definitely one of my fav concert experiences. Long live rock, baby..

I saw Pink Floyd, sans Roger, three times. Also saw Rodger twice, for Radio Chaos and his version of The Wall with various sidemen. All were marvellous concerts, but I regret not being able to see Dave solo. Own his solo works on CD though and very single tune is great. This is one of my faves, as well as Murder. Saw this tour at The Beacon in NYC and when Raph Ravenscroft was running down the aisle playing a Sax solo, my friend accidentally tripped him while trying to take his picture... i'll bet even Gilmour remembers that fiasco.

That saxist, if I'm not mistaken, is world reknown sax great Raphael Ravenscroft, who was the sitting sax player for the Floyd on the Guiness World Record album Dark Side Of The Moon. He was also the sax player for the hit song "Baker Street" by Gary Rafferty and many others...Sometimes the sound doesn't come off quite right on a live performance like this so...STFU!!
