Not sure how Hibees feel but surely a bit underwhelmed? Seems to smack of a lack of ambition here ,hope it works out for them though

As a Hibs fan it just feels like the cheap option yet again. Many proven managers available yet we’ve chosen to appoint from within. Love Sir David but got a feeling this is going to snowball. He will be given time though and will at least get a full season unlike many others. We should have chosen someone with experience at this level, especially after the last jokers we’ve had as managers. Time will tell.
