I just remembered praying over a handkerchief for a woman suffering from something that was not responding to the doctors, and God healed her through that handkerchief. Praise the Lord.

I was at a bible school years ago and carried a handkerchief that was prayed over by a the minister. I always wanted the ability to really pray for people and have something happen that would allow them to see that God is real; no strings attached, no pressure, just Jesus. That's what we should see our job as. Like Mr. Hogan says, that's what Jesus ordered his people to do. And most christians expect someone else to do it, not pointing the finger, I'm simply saying I think it's much easier than we believe it to be when we truly trust Jesus. Our minds tell us differently.

In Mat. 10:8, Jesus tells HIS DISCIPLES TO GO & RAISE THE DEAD AMONG OTHER THINGS BUT HE WAS TALKING TO THEM FOR THEIR TIME. In Mark 16, there's NO mention of raising the dead. In Romans 12 & 1Cor. 14 where gifts of God are listed, there is NO MENTION OF RAISING THE DEAD!
