Your intent is sarcasm, right? Back then, the extent of central bank manipulation was not as evident. GLD and SLV were not prominent and controlled (manipulated by naked shorts by JP Morgan). QE to infinity was not in place. Runaway federal debt and unfunded liabilities were not nearly what they are now. Now it is all out in the open and the flood gates have been opened. It's totally different. I hope you held on and don't sell short, which for me would be $200, unless you want to take some for expenses along the way.

20 yrs. ago I was "advised" to put no more than 20% of savings into metals. I ignored that and put 70% into gold and silver. Actually, for years I've wished I had more cash on hand. Not sure why Mr. Morgan, "the silver guy", says no more than 10%? It depends on the individual and his capacity and his time of entry. 70% of one's net wealth in silver at $25 is the trade of a generation. Ask Mike Maloney of GoldSilver, who is 90% invested in gold and silver with 70% in silver. Better to stay 90% in fiat? I don't think so.

Thanks David for sharing you're knowledge and wisdom on Silver for several decades now. I do listen and have educated myself on this amazing Metal called Silver. I have been buying Physical Silver for the last four years dollar cost averaging . I am all in on Silver and happy to do so. A huge shout out to those Silver riggers who have suppressed the price of this Unique precious metal ,by trading derivatives amongst each other. Yes , of course it is criminal, yet they get away with it. The trade off for us is we can get to by the most under valued asset on the planet. If you understand the story of Silver , especially about its Utility, you would be of the camp that Silver in its use case is far more valuable than Gold, with it being used in over 10,000 industrial applications. Of course you must do what your comfortable with. My strategy is whenever I have some spare fiat I say buy buy buy, that's what I do.

Funny story. Take a moment. I made meatballs one night. Family and friends LOVED them ate too many. Well, the eggs may have been bad. Folks got mildly sick. My daughter was curious about this and what had happened. (She was 6 at the time). It was a moment of clarity for me as she was asking questions. I told her, " ill just make more, people will get better". She said..... " that is not going to work, you will just make people sicker". She is grown now. She just related that incident to me as a comparison to the economic situation we are in. She got the message!

As soon as we go back to the gold standard, silver will be valued around that price per oz. It is highly undervalued because of bank manipulation, jp Morgan being the largest silver holders at least in the usa. The debt clock at last look has future price at 4043/oz for silver.

Thanks for the interview.... I'm watching on May 10, 2022 and silver is at $21.80 but premiums on 1 oz coins are sky high. ASEs sell at an average price of $40 and Libertads $55.00 USD. My uneducated prognostication is that it will trend lower to $20.00 because of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, because of the slowdown in manufacturing due to COVID-19 and its variants and because people will sell gold and silver because of economic uncertainty regarding the elevated price levels of not only the US stock market but global stock markets in general.

Kerry: that's the way its supposed to work higher prices = higher supply, the market is supposed to set the price between suppliers and demanders but you have had so many years of manipulation the market is as broken as the money market with the FED constantly undercutting it... Weakened supply via an artificially low kept Silver price, same demand = higher prices...

I think everyone should pick up some Silver Bull Resources (ticker symbol: SVBL). They have tons of silver and zinc in the ground. They are in a safe jurisdiction (Mexico). Lastly, they are an option play for South32 (big Australian mining company). Based on the long term chart, they will easily exceed 10x from current prices once it clears .20. Good luck 👍!

IF I was allowed to put my Super into physical metals (esp. silver) of course I would but of course I'm not allowed to do that so a few years back I did an internal transfer out of the managed shares fund my Super was invested in and into a Cash Fund. Why? 'Cause I know nothing about the share markets other than I don't trust them in this climate (let alone trust fund managers to expertly manage my best financial interests). So now my Super has been in a BS no performance Cash Fund for about 5 years that will probably soon cost me more in fees and costs and a depreciating AU$ than it returns. I can't withdraw my (preserved) Super so where do I go? What sort of (internal) super fund should I transfer from Cash into? Helpful feedback appreciated.

I was wondering before purchasing my first gold bar from the main seller in my country, how easy it is to convert your purchase into a profitable sale when you wish to sell it. I found that a gold bar I'd purchased for around £296 would be bought back by the same company a few hours later for about £239 despite the price remaining stable and their promise that they'd buy it back for 97% market price. The dealer has a lot of power in this situation by the looks of it and small buyers are going to have to find a buyer who's willing to pay somewhere near market price or hope the price has gone up a lot before selling. And of course the silver comes with VAT on it so you're hoping for a larger rise to make any money. Of course this financial `reset' could make that happen..

Local and online dealers, try finding a local dealer first, ask questions, tell the dealer it's your first dip into the metal and you'd like to start your base position first. He'll likely tell you that you should go with bullion, nationally minted coins. There is a premium of about 5-10% up from spot on those coins. If you don't want to hassle with premiums you can always go for constitutional silver, those should be at spot or sometimes even less.

I got lucky - was 8 years old in 1965 & started saving Silver. Which came in very handy 10 years later when it was time for College. The case for inflation or even hyperinflation is easily/sensibly made due to Fed printing. I can also see a case for deflation oddly enough.

It could actually happen at the same time. There will be the devaluation of things that are overpriced (bubble burst) while the currency simply fails (hyperinflation) because it is worthless. It is not as "odd" as some might think.

Lokesh K He is talking about a general market crash - which absolutely needs to happen as it is way overvalued. However, when the general crash happens, silver and gold (and silver and gold stocks) will drop a little bit (because some people will need quick liquidity). Then gold, silver,and stocks will continue their rise upwards. This is exactly what happened this past March and will happen again. Be ready.

My Life Thriving in Canada Hey everyone I’m 25 from Canada so spot is 36 dollars here I’m tempted to buy more atm but everywhere I look I can only get it for $40 per ounce for Canadian maple leaf and one ounce j&m bars. I’m intrigued because I see the possibility for the price to grow but I’m also skeptical if it will continue to rise or if I should wait for a pull back. I just really don’t want to miss out. At the same time I don’t want to buy 40 ounces for $40 dollars each and then have it drop down to 20 again what do you think? What's never discussed is the following: 1.) Joe Average buys a few kilos of gold/silver/whatever, pays above spot, eventually needs to convert it to dirty fiat money to pay bills/living expenses, etc., and loses on both sides of the transaction. Costs involved in buying/selling/storing, for the average investor, far outweighs the transactional benefit for the 'average' investor. 2). Tax payable on capital gains. 3). Possible seizure at sub-par rate of return. Remember 1971? 4). If you really need money, and go to sell... who's gonna give you an optimal price? Cash4Gold at your local strip mall? Unlikely.

yeah.....have you all forgotten what happened last time silver was at 30/40 bucks? David Morgan was giving public speeches saying , I quote "silver is going to go higher, much higher" from here. It went down to 14 bucks. When David Morgan says silver is going way higher...............think seriously about selling.
