I have been struggling with an arm at from the back and your que to club with the leg and force him down was the light bulb moment I don't know why but I have been trying to roll my hips towards the shoulder to close the gap....the very detailed style of teaching is great thank you for the video

Thanks for watching! Glad it helped. Sometimes you just need to see from a different perspective. Another key point is to be on your hip instead of your butt. It frees up the other hip joint to allow more articulation to easily get your leg over the head.
