Everyone says they hate that David didn’t get what he should have? He made to the top, he showed everyone his god given gift, and he didn’t lose his wonderful wonderful family wife and kids while, he is a music hero, I see it as GOD gave him the right amount of everything, he is completely blessed, I am so happy for you David. Unbelievable amount of real true emotions inside of you David I feel it I feel it, it’s really tough pain. I was told once “ if you feel like you’re the worst person, just wait a few minutes someone will do something that will make you feel like a saint, some people get forgiven but can’t forgive themselves that’s when it gets tough those people have a big heart and trauma that keeps them from being happy and less than perfect is unacceptable. Who ever reads this please forgive and know that WE don’t have control of everything most that have been wrong are just as struck by it as anyone, love is the answer feeding pain to pain equals pain for everything.

I always appreciate the ability of country singers. Their style is also super healthy for the voice to sing. And they are so textured and layered in their sound. And twang is so fun to sing. I have been singing seriously for 14 years. Mostly grunge and post grunge. Recently got back into singing country (always sang with a slight twang in with the rasp). I could feel the rock style tearing up my chords. Now that I'm back to country, my voice has never been healthier. By the way there's no one with a voice like David's!

Every time I hear his music or see his videos I really hate it because he's one of the greatest talents in country music yet for the most part country radio has continuously ignored him. He has had a few top 10 and even one no. 1 records but most of his records struggle just to get airplay.....eg. Sound of a million dreams ..one of the greatest recordings of all time barely made the top 40..and his top 10 songs usually take forever as in months to peak...i just don't get it
