The most talented player I've ever saw. Played the same game since he started, never trained or took care of his body. The best hands in the game, the best backhand. He just wanted to live his life as he pleased and play professional tournaments at the same time. With all that, he managed to win the Masters Cup, 2 M1000, world N3 and semifinals in every Grand Slam. Toyed with Federer and Nadal at will. If he just only cared enough, no one can know what would have happened. Federer's career would be hampered.

Djokovic may have a better backhand in terms of defense (that stretch backhand is probably the greatest individual shot of all time), but imo Nalbandian has the best all-around backhand. It's so penetrating and he can pick so many angles from anywhere on the court. 🤌🤌

@stanleyextra28123 жыл бұрын
Novak's backhand reminds me of Nalbandian's. They are similar, they are technically perfect. Novak's better on defense, is more consistent and Nalbandian's has higher speed and more variety and holds the record for the fastest backhand. Problem with Nalbandian is he is lazy and Novak is much more hardworking with such great willpower to win the Grand Slams which is why Novak has 18 and hopefully will get over 20.

Nalbandian is one of the biggest wastes of talent in tennis history (although not a bust of course). One of the best 2HBH’s ever, and is only the only player to beat all of the Big 3 in one event.
