My brother got me out of school, didnt tell my mother and he, a friend of his and i went early to Fenway, stood in line for hours and got bleacher seats. I still remember Yaz pop out to end hopes. Years later i still despise yet cherish Yankee players, still have their playing cards ( my younger family members beg for my collection, in fun) and i respect the rivalry.

these salty yankeee fans are funny, this is why baseball is a good sport, this kind of respect even if its from 2 of the greatest rival teams in baseball. Those of you who say this ceremony sucked, and that he did roids, lets face facts, it was a great ceremony that the stadium full of yankee fans clearly enjoyed, and because he hit so well against the yankees you call him a steroid user. Real mature seeing that 2 players a lot of you praise, a-rod, and clemens were caught taking steroids, yet you still consider them hero's, while papi was never even proven to be juicing. I'm not a yankees or red sox fan, but some of these comments from yankee fans are truly pathetic, grow up and enjoy the game instead of complaining about everything
