We thank God for your many gifts of writing and producing your own songs. Thank You Holy Spirit for the words shared in these amazing songs. Trivia tidbit for you all: The guitar solo that starts at 3:18 was (in the original recording) played by the same man who did the guitar melody for the original James Bond theme. David Phelps said he was excited to have him on the track, and the man came into the studio singing No More Night, so he was a David Phelps fan. Phelps has said before that the Bond movies are his favorite, and when he went to see Casino Royale, he was so blown away by the music, he decided to do a whole cinematically themed album. That’s what The Voice is. I think this song was supposed to be essentially his James Bond theme song. The chord structures certainly follow the same patterns.
