I don’t think that Dan & Eugene Levy will EVER know just how much they’ve changed the our lives and the world today. ✨👑

I want to share that I was on the verge of suicide and I started watching Schitt's Creek b/c someone told me and honestly the show gave me my heart back. I laughed for the first time in many years and the show has made such a huge imprint on my life. It SAVED MY LIFE AND THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION AND PREVENTED ME FROM SUICIDE. I am a Native American activist for 32 years who has been crucified by many who want me to remain silent and are scared of my authenticity and power and as a National Bernie Sanders Delegate, and have lived in big cities and small towns and I am a writer (who is poor and unemployed with four degrees in writing) and many of the characters are different parts of me. I love this...this beautiful thing you put together made me realize how much I love David's character and Stevie and all of them. I grew up in an abusive alcoholic home and never knew how to have fun or laugh and Schitt's Creek...the amazing acting, the amazing people...helped me put myself back together. Now, don't get me wrong, I still have serious issues, but I do not want to commit suicide anymore.

His road to happiness with Patrick, connecting with his family and finding true friendship has been so awesome to watch. There are some that will argue that his character didn’t change that much. To those people, I say, watch this clip.

It is very hard for some to see the difference because they have not been in his shoes. If you are someone similar to David, you will notice the change. No, one cannot change how demanding and petulant he can be, but at least he learnt to open up and trust others. First step to finding love in life.

As someone who was bullied without ending all through high school, I can fully appreciate “David you won!”. At 76, I have a doctorate and own a house at the beach, a stable and healthy marriage and healthy adult children and grandchildren. I won. Thank you Dan Levy for giving all of us who were bullied a voice.

This compilation shows all of David's vulnerability and tenderness and passion. Dan is such an incredible actor and writer. Thanks for this video, which is beautifully edited and tender too.

I felt the line where David said, "The more I shared about me, the less interested they became." I am single for a reason, I use to share too much, try too hard, then guys just magically disappear, now I just try to be happy and live for the moment, party of one is a lot more doable.

Daniel Levy created much more than a sitcom. Reading the comments here, I have discovered that many people witnessed the growth and healing of the characters of Schitt's Creek as I did. I hope there is more to come from Dan who is such a gracious person as can be seen in his interviews on various shows. He never forgets to thank all the cast and THE CREW who were part of this family who created a gem that sparkles like mad signaling all of us to rejoice with them. 2-5-21

This was just so beautiful. I think it encapsulated David’s growth so wonderfully- his journey from loneliness and superficial friendships to building a life of love in this small town that was bought as a joke fills me with so much joy and emotion and let’s be real I’m crying right now. The editing, the voiceovers, the music, all of it was perfect

I'm convinced that it is physically impossible to watch this video without crying. I am a wreck! I loved the growth of all of the Roses (and Stevie!) but David hit me the hardest. Watching him grow from self-hating, lonely and fearful to happy, full of life, and surrounded by people who genuinely love and appreciate was so moving. Watching Schitts Creek during the pandemic for the first time was as if Dan Levy was a seer, so many scenes that we could relate to at that time. Alexis getting sick and Maura had her wear a face mask, the bathroom being built in the store "looking like a quarantine station" the hike episode when David pulls out hand sanitizer, he doesn't go anywhere with out it, Alexis shockingly wearing sweats (we all were) David saying he can get her style back, Alexis wanting a game night to feel normal being around people! A few more that do not come to mind right now, but watching it at that time was Wow, it's as if Dan Levy knew hmmmm he is a genius so maybe he did!
