David never said he could predict the future. He is talking about historic valuation. If you think you will get an annual 8% for the next 10 years by owning $NVDA then buy it. Best wishes and more power to you. Personally, I greatly admire individual investors.

Something did happen. U6 unemployment spiked to 23%. And the government jolted the economy with many hundreds of billions and expanded the money supply by 40%. They "prevented" a recession by making the situation worse. Now we will enter a phase of stagflation.
