Here is one of my OBE EXPERIENCES. I have traveled out of body / soul wandering several times. Here is one of my favorite soul wandering stories I experienced. When I was 20 years old, I went to some country in one of my soul wanderings. I had no idea what country it was. After all, I have never traveled anywhere in the world while awake, I live in Iceland. In this wandering of the soul, I traveled to the top of a mountain. The mountain had beach sand on top of it and a circle on top of the mountain that was like a landing spot had been sprayed with white paint. I flew and landed on top of the mountain and into this white circle. ON THE LEFT HAND I SAW A HUGE WHITE CROSS. (while awake during this period I was not feeling well and had been thinking a lot about suicide.) But back to the story. All of a sudden, a light opens from the sky and shines down on the earth from the top of the mountain. I then feel that one angel is holding my left hand and another angel is holding my right hand, I did not see the angels, but I knew they were angels, from the angels came a great light and I felt their energy. The angels lead me up to the light in the sky and there is God (I don't see him, but I know it's him) God then speaks to me in my mind (teleportadly) and tells me that my time has not come and that I will experience many fun things in life and that I have many unfinished projects left in life and he says that life will get better. Then I wake up. After that night. I had 3 doctors visit me at night when I slept for weeks in a row and they healed my soul. About 3 months after this experience, my life changed for the better and everything became wonderful and I was happy and felt better in my soul. OBE IS REAL. I have been looking for this mountain and cross for 30 years. I was watching an episode on netflix (Swimming with sharks - 2 women on the cover and red flowers) when the opening scene in the movie shows my cross and my mountain. I couldn't believe it that my cross was finally found. The cross then really existed in reality after all this time. I had never forgotten about the environment around the mountain and the cross itself, and I could describe it to you in every detail as if it happened yesterday. The Cross was the Hollywood cross In LA. I have never been to LA in my life, or at least not in my waking state in life, But I went there in my OBE traveling and everything looked like when I went there 30 years ago in my OBE traveling. I have traveled out of my body many times in 51 years, but I would like to learn to control it better and be able to do it more often. It's been a long time since I last traveled out of body ( OBE ) I love soul wandering or OBE. Don't need to buy a training program brother. Just teach yourself to meditate correctly. Once you have learned how to relax your body and your mind. Your OBE"s will come much easier. Just relax and focus. Seeing as how you have already been traveling. In the dream state. You shouldn't have any problems controlling your travels after you learn to meditate. Peace to you...

I started experiencing OBE at a young age. Unfortunately, I would share this with my parents. Them being devout Catholic’s, they assumed I was possessed. Calling in a priest to perform unpleasant rituals to cast out demons, resulting in me becoming fearful of any future OBE. Now, as an adult, I remember so much of these experiences. Feeling sad that I had no one to speak to at that time. Clearly, traumatized by those experiences with religion, it has taken years for me as an adult to understand not to fear it. Listening to Darius’ story, it is wonderful that his family supported him at such a young age.

Organized religion infuriates me!! I’m so grateful I wasn’t indoctrinated into that fearsome cult. Our society IS Christian based though, so I definitely got a Christian outlier. But I did not have to deprogram from THAT particular conditioning. I am so sorry you went through that; my husband went through a similar thing, and it breaks my heart to think of children in that position with no one to talk to, not being believed, suffering on the inside. Age has nothing to do with it, its more of an adjustment in mind so to say. Fear conditioning is a pain in the arse for sure - but that can all disappear once you break the ice so to say. I relate a lot to Darius, except I was raised LDS and was told that what was happening was demonic, and as a result I resisted it as much as I could.. to the point of numbing with opiates.. (which sometimes caused more sleep paralysis). I had a spontaneous OBE when I was like 13 yrs old. I had no idea what was happening, I thought I was losing my mind or getting possessed. What a great encounter David, wow! I love listening to Darius I find him so calming. I don’t try to do this but now and again I get taken places, the last time was a few weeks ago and my guide asked me where I wanted to go 🤭 I picked silly places but at the time I was too stunned to make a decision. I’ve been taken out of the construct a few times, as though I was in a viewing tower - I’ve heard others mention similar experiences to this. I’ve been on space craft, taken to Lemuria (never even heard of it then!) have also had a reptile creature about 30ft tell me I am Lyran. I’ve also heard that whoosh sound you mention it’s as though I’m also going through a vortex, does that sound familiar 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wish I was brave enough to do this voluntarily, well done David ❤

Im just going to say this, I went into this with an open mind and signed up for his course, the next day i laid down and tried it and it was insanse, my heart beat got slower and slower but as it did it got louder and louder like drums in my ears. Oh wow!! That being looks exactly like my Guardian that I have seen. His eyes and shape of face is exactly that. The shape of head & especially the eyes. No pupil or white in the eyes but all sapphire, sparkling blue. The experience will show up in a unique way. The higher, ethereal realms are more fluid than this physical density. Although they are just as real, they are sensitive to our thoughts since consciousness creates our reality. The ethereal realms will bend to your conscious awareness. It is a personalized experience. No 2 people will have the exact same experience. Similar outcomes but personal experiences. In truth it's the same in this realm but we are conditioned to believe in objectivity so it seems more "solid" but that is just the illusion of this dense realm.

Losing control in a lucid state? This is very normal, but I read many years ago on astral projection experiences web site a way to stay in control. When in this state of awareness do like a spinning top. What I mean is you remember the spinning top game you may have played as a kid? Circular toy you push the top down and it spins in a circle, well you do the same. In a dream or lucid state what you see is your own subconscious at play. By spinning around in a spinning top way you centre all your focus on your awareness. This made me feel in more control and made everything I could see with more clarity. 😊 good luck..

I like the description, a magnetic pull. That's what I felt as I was drifting into rest, one day, around 1995. I felt like I was being dragged out of bed at my feet. I got scared, wailed in fear, and the pulling ceased. I don't know what caused it. I was just resting, but I am curious to try it successfully. So, we'll see. My father passed in 2016, and I would be delighted to explore as well as meet with him. I began conscious meditation on October 9, 1994. You can access knowledge from your Source in this way, living in awareness. The OBE is essentially experience happening extra-corporeally. What is essential is, looking within yourself, what I call conscious meditation, which involves experiencing then meditating, observing then reflecting. I’ve had many times where I would begin to project out of my body and I would get so excited that it caused me to come back down. My most recent experience I reminded myself to stay calm until I fully passed through and I ended up flying around a cartoonish environment where the sky was lavender and everything had a glow to it. Hi Darius, I know my comment isn’t related to this video, but I just thought it was worthy to mentioned. I watched an interview where you talked about the need to come out of the victim mentality and stand in own power. What helped me with that Is when I started remember my past lifetimes (recovered about 6-8 lifetimes so far) and realized that I too was the bad guy in some lifetimes. Having this bigger overview brought me to a point where the victim mentality makes no more sense. Now I see everything as an experience and being in a mindset of accepting and welcoming what is unfolding for me. I still feel negative emotions, but don’t get attached to them and flows with more ease. I have experienced the same as you since i was 18,.I'm now 64. Sleep paralysis wasn't known about then,I got sent to the hospital for tests for epilepsy . I would have episodes about 4 times a week but slowed right down after I had a hysterectomy about 14 years ago .

Hey 👋 Darius. I just found your channel yesterday. I’m intrigued because I had paralysis throughout my childhood and was always frightened. I thought I was being attacked. I also saw 11:11 both a.m. and p.m. for most of those years. Not sure why. I’m way older now and just hearing this. I did have one experience as an adult several years back where all of a sudden I just felt a huge windstorm in my ears and head and felt like something was sucking me out of my body. I didn’t know what to think. Not sure where to start. Just wanted to share this.
