David Tolmachoff flipping 45lb plate w/ one hand

16 year old sophomore. Saw Mike Jenkins video from the Arnold Classic and the challenge he had some of the people try. So some of the players from the high school I coach at wanted to try it as well. This kid did it on his second try and has since flipped a 45lb plate in each hand at the same time. Hopefully will get the video up soon. Thanks for all your help and inspiration Mike Jenkins.
