Hi David. I was a professional tv cameraman working on shows such as The Muppets and also a tv news cameraman on the road some years ago. Never too old to learn and amazed by what can be achieved these days with " amateur " equipment your videos are so informative, well edited and easy to follow, obscuring the hard work that it takes to produce them. This app giving the iPhone the versatility of a dslr is incredible.. You are so knowledgeable so thanks for the tutorial

Such an educational and informative video David, mucho gracias! You covered absolutely everything that I wanted to know about the paid moment app and I've since bought it. One thing that I would've liked to see a little more on is the presets feature and specifically what your settings are for different shooting scenarios? Thanks for the effort you put into this one, just subbed!

Awesome tutorial mate! Thought I might throw a little nugget your way. In your timelapse with a path, if you set the timelapse to play back at 30fps, but in your editing software set the playback speed to 24 fps, you will eliminate that slight stutter, resulting in a much smoother timelapse. Cheers!

I am embarking on becoming content creator. I recently purchased two Moment anamorphic lenses and ND filters for my iPhone 13 Pro. My goal is to be able to shoot content on the spot without having to lug around a lot of equipment. I downloaded the Moment app ( I thought I would use their full architecture) and was looking for a good teacher. I certainly found one in you. Well done!!!!!

this is exceptionality good. I have been toying with the idea of an external mike for a while but failed to find one suitable. Here you explain blue tooth ear buds which I have had now for a few years - just tried them and they did in fact work….brilliant. Also, Ive had the OM4 for quite a while and only occasionally use it; but now I see how to use with the Moment app…. thank you very much…

Thank you! While I've been exploring more videos for personal use, training videos keep mentioning that Timelapse and Hyperlapse are a useful additional option. So far I've only explored the default camera app which enables precious few adjustments. Having both ProCam8 and the Moment apps I'm aware I also have options. While I've had the moment app for years I've never actually used it so your video was very helpful. Right now however, I feel it provides too many options so I'll continue with the default camera until I start to find it limiting. Blessings.

hi, good and in depth video david, im actually wondering if filmic pro is a better video taking app, however from what i have seen from this video, moment seem to be a better all rounder, and in terms of video taking, it does have all the bells and whistles that filmic pro has, separate ev and focus, shutter speed, resolution and fps. in total the moment app cost lesser than filmic pro that is only for videography, would like to hear from u, thanks
