Hey david I am based in the uk 🇬🇧 and speaking to a business broker right now, they have sent me over the P&L and the balance sheet, what other financial information should I ask for as using the information I have I can’t see the SDE as theres no ebitda & no directors salary being shown from the records I have seen which financial records should I ask for?

If the broker hasn't done a normalization to show these cash flow levels, they don't know what they're doing.
